BEWARE THIS SCAM!!!

Thank you to the customer that brought this to our attention so we can share the information with you all.

Sellers are offering perpetual (non-subscription) licenses of QuickBooks on sites like Ebay and Amazon. There sellers are manipulating the software to work temporarily without a license. This is currently legal for them to sell. THESE ARE NOT VALID LICENSES. QuickBooks, or really Intuit that owns the program, will not see these as legitimate.

In the image below, you'll see the sender is not related to QuickBooks or Intuit.

As a friendly reminder, we have a security class at Top Floor Learning this evening at 5pm where we teach skills to recognize these scams and keep yourself safe online.
We will be holding another class December 3rd at the usual 1pm if you miss tonight's.

⏰ Windows 10 Support Ends in ONE MONTH ‼

If you’re still using Windows 10, now is the time to start thinking about your next step. Microsoft will be ending support for Windows 10 on October 14th 2025. There may be no more important updates or security fixes soon, eventually leading to programs and websites not working properly.

👉 We’re offering a FREE Upgrade Evaluation to check if your computer is ready for Windows 11. If your device isn’t eligible, we’ll be happy to go over alternative options with you.

We’re here to help make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible!

Our thanks to the Davis family for this lovely gift box!

We are so grateful for our customers and the amazing community we serve.
Many people have brought treats by the store lately and we want to say thank you so very much!!!

Someone recently shipped us this lovely Harry & David Thank You gift box. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a name on the box!!
If you sent this, let us know next time you're able to stop in so we can thank you in person.

You have all been so kind to us over the years.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Help save a working device from ending up in a landfill!

We have a gently used 19" monitor free to a good home.
Interested? Give us a call 🙂413-596-5177

This was donated to our store to help it find a new home. Our technicians did test it, and it works! This would make a great addition to any work set-up. We can even show you how to connect it to your laptop.

It has a VGA port, and we can supply a VGA to VGA cable. We do have adapters and other cables available to buy.
