We're hiring a System Engineer in the Wickliffe, OH area.

Monreal IT is a premium managed services provider and strategic technology partner for regulated and compliance-driven organizations across the eastern Great Lakes region. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused engineer who wants to grow across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and AI.

This is a hybrid, full-time role with rotating on-call support. You'll support client environments across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Azure, cybersecurity tools, automation workflows, and approved AI platforms.

We're looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and curiosity about where modern IT is headed.

Candidates should be local to the Cleveland area.
