A fast report can help your organization respond sooner. If you clicked a questionable link, shared information, or approved an unexpected sign-in:

1. Contact your IT or security team right away.
2. Follow your organization’s instructions.
3. Don’t delete or forward the message unless asked.

Reporting quickly is a responsible action—not something to feel embarrassed about.

Before sending a document or link, ask:

✅ Is this the right recipient?
✅ Do they need access to the whole folder—or just one file?
✅ Are the sharing permissions appropriate?
✅ Should access expire after a certain time?

One password shouldn’t be the key to everything.

Using unique passwords for important accounts can help limit the impact if one password is exposed. A password manager can make that easier—and multifactor authentication adds another layer of protection.

A good team reminder: Never approve an unexpected sign-in request!!! If you didn’t initiate it, report it.

A message can look familiar and still be a scam.

Before clicking a link or opening an attachment, take a moment to check:

- Is the sender’s address exactly what you expect?

- Is the message creating unusual urgency?

- Does the link lead where you’d expect?

- Is the request unusual—even if it appears to come from a colleague?

When in doubt, verify through a separate, trusted channel. And if your organization has a reporting process, use it.

The Digital Office Systems team had a fantastic time participating in the Annual Full Swing for Heartspring Charity Golf Tournament and the Maize Education Foundation Golf Tournament!
We were excited to come away with a 1st-place finish at the Full Swing for Heartspring Tournament and tie for 1st at the Maize Education Foundation Tournament! 🏆⛳
More importantly, we’re grateful for the opportunity to support two organizations that make a meaningful difference in our community.
A big thank you to Heartspring and the Maize USD 266 for putting on two great events. We had an awesome time and are already looking forward to the next opportunity to hit the course!
