We are looking to add an experienced IT Technician and entrepreneur to the ICT Team.
Innovative Cloud Technologies (ICT) is an IT service company which supports small businesses and individuals around the Wichita area with a variety of Technology based solutions. A qualified applicant will be self-driven, with a strong desire to learn, can handle multiple projects and issues at once, and understands the need to be a hardworking and flexible individual.
We primarily support Businesses, Windows Domain Environments, Business Applications (different for each client) , Office 365 (InTune, Sharepoint, Email Migrations, OneDrive, Teams, and more), Backup Solutions, Printing, Wireless and Networking Solutions and Installations, Apple Devices, Security Camera Installations, and much more.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the IT industry and is looking for an opportunity to shine.
MUST have working experience/knowledge in the following areas:
- Windows Desktop and Server OS Experience (Business Environments)
- Networking knowledge (How to setup Basic Networks, Wireless, VPNs, etc)
- Experience with Active Directory (Understanding of AD, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, etc)
- Must be able and willing to run cabling, and install wiring and hardware)
- Customer communication skills, and personable mentality
- Reliable vehicle and good driving record
- Willingness to be on-call for assigned clients
- Good documentation practices
- Overall experience with troubleshooting technical support related issues

The regular working hours are 8:30 - 5:00, Monday - Friday. But ON-Call for emergencies is required.
