New Shop Addition 2026 Pt2

This new shop also has expanded our carpet and vinyl areas as well. This way we do not have to wait on one another to get a spray booth as much. A rack area for the in-progress enclosures in centered around a work bench that will be focused on amp and package building so the bay is less crowded. The new addition is referred to as the Dog-House and is a great addition to the Swamp that was added not long ago for stage 2 and up finish work. Thank you to all our customers for being patient as we grow to meet your request. We expect your orders turnaround should speed up soon!

New Shop Addition 2026 Pt1

As we have stated before, orders have picked up a lot over the past couple of years and now we are forced to grow. A new building was added to the facility to allow techs to have space dedicated to their function. Joey the new Parts Tech is now located in this part of the shop. He is spending his days building out orders for harnesses and such so you folks can get your kit asap.

This customer worked a repair in on their new to them ride with the dealer. Keep this in mind when looking at a used ride if you find issues. This one was a mess due to low quality car audio install methods. Wire repairs behind the radio and in the doors just to get the system out of error. The replacement speakers they used where not in bad shape but also not intended to be used without a sub setup. Mounting was questionable as well. A new set for Sony door speakers went in and all the old amp wiring was removed to get things back in factory-ish order. The customer now has all their systems up and operational as intended.

A simple but great sounding setup. One of our NET Audio RAM HD sub boxes paired with two ARC Audio 10-inch subs. Add an Audison SR 1.500 amp integrated with a PAC LP7-2 and the old Harmon bass is replaced with much more of what the customer wanted. The cargo trays do have to be removed but wow the difference in bass.

Why a Custom Sub Box Is Important

Getting a sub box that fits your subs is easy. Getting one that is tuned to your subs is more custom. A generic sub box is just that, generic. While the subs may fit, they likely will underperform unless your lucky and the box hits the sweet spot. With all the different subs and specs, they fit a custom box will ensure the subs hit their peak performance. Our enclosures are built to fit the subs you inform us you will use. We use software and years of knowledge to design the tune as intended. This project was just a sub box but it made a big difference in output all because of proper tuning to the specific subs from the start.
