First of all, I decided to go to this place solely because of the 5 star ratings. I wanted to see for myself if this was true. And let me tell you that it was worth every penny to come here. Not only was the service quick (and when I mean quick I got my desktop the same day within a few hours), but also Julio, the man who worked there for 15 years, was awesome. The customer service was great! And honestly the price was decent as well. I recommend anyone to come here. I will come here again.

AAAMAAAZZZING JOB!!!!
I have an HP laptop im a DJ. my laptop started acting up shutting down on me and a BLUE screen will pop up.
I HAD to DJ the next day on Saturday, called Zapp spoke with Julio and as a first time customer VERY well cusomer service first of all.!
He did mention however it will take 3 days to fix my computer because of his pendings jobs already, he was soooooo nice to take my computer in that friday afternoon EVEN taking it home that night to SEMI-Fix the problmes so i can be able to DJ the next day, and of course dropping it off back on Monday to finish completing the job with more patience! I gotta say VEERRY WEELL TAKEN CARE OF!!!!! my laptop runs BRAND NEW!!!!!! no viruses no Blue screens!! AMAZZINGG highly recomend Zap computers. I will definitely take any of my next purchased computers to Zap!

Local and Awesome!!!

I have been fighting with and worrying over my laptop (Toshiba Satellite) for a few weeks. The optical drive simply wasn't working. I figured it was time to replace the drive. I looked at the reviews and dropped in this morning. Julio was very friendly, quick and professional. He took a quick look at the laptop and within moments told me that I seemed to have a software, not a hardware issue. He zapped on a new program to handle DVD's and boom I was back in business. A less scrupulous shop would have been happy to tell me that I was right and install a new drive and charged me for it. I'm very satisfied with the service and honesty at Zap Computer Repair. They are now my shop of choice, and should be yours a well.

This is the best place to get a computer repair. Julio is really knowledgeable about computers, is very honest, and tries to help you as much as he can. My windows computer locked me out and I couldn't log in. My mom and I took the computer to his shop at 1pm and he had it ready by 3:30pm. When we got there to pick it up, he took his time with us, and when we told him about other problems the computer had, he replaced ours with the exact same model (in better condition and a little better) at a great price and on the spot!

Very highly recommended!

A Lifesaver! What a pleasure it was to work with Julio and his team. My computer became infected with only God knows what, even with anti-viral software in place. My computer was repaired by the next day for a very reasonable price. Do not hesitate to call and speak with Julio. he will diagnose and repair the problem. He is the best.

Julio goes above and beyond. I was skeptical at first because I had been ripped off soooo many times due to my lack of computer knowledge! Julio had the perfect person in front of him if he wanted to sell me a new computer but instead he recommended I fix my old one at a lesser cost. What a kind and honest man filled with integrity who really has the customer's best interests at heart. My new "go to" man in a world where not knowing technology can really be expensive! Everyone SAID I needed to just buy a new computer BUT my old computer is now fixed by Julio and runs like a champ! Thanks Julio!

Dude... Where do I begin... I am a Student at California State University, Fullerton. My laptop is my life when it comes to school. Without it, there is no way to keep up with micro-biology lectures or chem lab notes. My computer went blue screen on me and I ended up coming in to Zap computer repair with a laptop that had seen better days. My hard-drive was completely cracked with little hope for me to recover any files. Julio used every program he could, but it was not possible to recover anything from a hard-drive that was almost cracked in half. He did me a solid and saved me money by having me buy a hard drive on my own and bringing it in for him to install. 1 1/2 days later, I had a brand new computer that had been cleaned and polished up real nice. Julio uploaded a new BIOS program, and a few other much needed programs for an amazing price.

Long story short, Julio worked his ass off making sure I got what i needed, when i needed it! He went beyond the call of duty on this one and had my computer back to me quickly and in time for FInals....

WHERE DO I START!
I came to this place with a PS3 that wasn't working and my HP laptop that had liquid damage from 2008.
That I never got repaired... thought it wasn't fixable...
Julio stated he will look and exam both and will call with the report...
a couple days later I get great news that both are now working, he told me
What work and repairs that was done. And their prices are so affordable!!! I recommend their service to anyone!!

My laptop works great and my son's PS3 is working fine! WE ARE HAPPY! (=
