Hi, I’m Sarah Collins — a passionate photographer dedicated to capturing genuine moments and beautiful stories. Whether it’s portraits, couples, or family sessions, I aim to create timeless images that reflect real emotions. I started my journey in high school, took a break through college, and finally fell back into my love of art and photography. I love making my clients feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, so every session feels easy and fun.

If I had a dollar for every time someone told me this before their session… 😂

Here’s the good news: you don’t have to know how to pose. That’s my job.

I’ll help guide you through the entire session - where to put your hands, where to look, when to move, and all those little things that can feel weird when there’s suddenly a camera pointed at you.

My goal isn’t to make you stand there and force a smile. I want your photos to actually feel like you.

Part 2 of SJC Photography in El Salvador ❤️

I wish I had more time in El Salvador to get more pictures, but these pictures at the beach are definitely some of my favorites.

I love the movement of the waves in each picture, the color of the sky, and the contrast of Talia's dress against the black sand. A landscape that would suit any kind of session, maybe next time we can do a Pirates of the Caribbean themed session.

SJC Photography in El Salvador 🇸🇻

Still not over getting to create these portraits on the black sand beaches of El Salvador. The moody skies, crashing waves, black sand, and that white dress were basically a photographer’s dream.

Getting to take my camera somewhere completely new and create just for the fun of it reminded me how much I love photography in the first place. I am also so grateful for Talia, the perfect model for when my creative mind wants to capture something new. 🤍

Safe to say, I’d happily photograph on a beach like this again.

Sometimes you need new headshots… like, yesterday.

Kaylan reached out needing updated professional photos ASAP, and luckily we were able to make it happen that same evening!

In just one hour, we captured two outfits at two different locations, giving her a mix of polished professional headshots and more relaxed, personality-filled portraits.

Her sneak peeks were delivered that night, and her full gallery was in her inbox just two days later. ✨

Professional photos don’t have to feel stiff or intimidating. My goal is to give you images that still feel like you - just confident, polished, and ready for whatever comes next.
