Big Sky Utilities is hiring a Part Time Secretary for our operation in Corvallis, MT

Hours will tenatively be 9am to 2pm 2-4 days a week - Great Part Time Job with potential to work into Full Time!! Apply Today - Interviews in Missoula March 7-8th

Duties to include but not limited to: Organize daily paperwork, organize maintenance records, maintain schedule and calendar. Daily projects progress reports based on bore logs, invoicing and attaching maps for bore logs to invoice, assisting with timecard verification. Send google drive reports to managers and owners.

Skills: Organizational skills, proficient with google drive, ability to be an independent worker, self sufficient, strong communication skills verbal and written and ability to learn new systems.

Hiring all positions ASAP with start dates around March 18th 2024: Locators, Operators and Laborers and CDL Drivers in the Missoula/Hamilton, MT area.

Are you looking to work for a Montana owned and operated company in the Utility field? Do you have previous experience or are you looking to get into the Utility field? We want to work with you!!

Positions are Full Time with benefits!! No experience? That's ok we will train on the job if you are willing to learn.
