To celebrate our 14th year in business, we're dropping this new reel, showcasing what it means to be a company living in FULL ALIGNMENT with our purpose in this world. (mic drop. Keep reading.)
As a creative company, we prioritize profit, impact, and FUN in that order, and because of this sustainable hierarchy, we've had the wholehearted pleasure of creative directing for hundreds of brands, managing multiple-millions of dollars of creative projects, hiring over 50 full-time employees and paying them millions of dollars over the past 14 years, and donating over 850K in creative work to non-profits all over the country (especially Montana).
We've helped our clients lean into the power of high-quality creative work to grow their businesses like it's our job (because it is!) and we've worked with almost every brand on our company "dream list," even the biggest ones out there. This company was started from a clapped out laptop, and 14 rowdy years later with our crew all over the world, our work has made it into film festivals, Super Bowl sets, mainstream beer cans, and package design all over the world. We've positively impacted brands all over the nation, and we love rallying for their causes, too.
We didn't do this alone. Of course. Admittedly, the town of Whitefish, Montana embraced our... creative process. Thank you to the community of Whitefish for letting us film at your houses and businesses or for being coerced into starring in our commercials for a decade. We love you.
Thank you to the creative talent that has passed through our company, whether for a special project or two, or for an average W2 employee stay of 5.2 years. Your time, energy, and creative vision is limitless. Thank your for learning, making, growing, and contributing with us. Your work will forever live on in our archives, and what you made matters. You matter. Thanks for everything, all of you.
And of course, thank you to our clients for typically blurring that line between friendship and business. Those of you that have leaned on us as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor have seen the ripples of letting trust run the process and the power of letting professional creatives release their magic in your favor. This work we make together is a dream, and you are what makes it possible.
