After many months of testing & refining our Cybility training model, we replaced our traditional, Instructor- led classroom method early jan. Students are completing their Portfolio of computer job skills in about four to five weeks! We're planning a graduation ceremony of some twenty students in early March. We're now in the process of reducing the 21 wk/ 100 hr Microsoft Word Certification Test preparation to about 8wks/25hrs. Thru use of the comic book format Tutorials & YouTube Videos in a flipped, Trainer setting. Congratulations to the students, staff & " Nanny J" for making it a success!
