Push it real good! All that needs to be done after all that drilling is the fit the letters in by guiding it with a little bit of a push. We wear gloves to avoid leaving any handprints or oil on the letters and keep them looking fresh and new!

A look into our process of installing Aluminum letters onto the wall of a portrait display. The letters are made of Aluminum 1/4" FCO Clear Anodized with the Font being Futura Now.

This was accomplished by drilling holes into the walls with the guidance of a paper template that was precisely measured in place. The letters were then screwed in the back with Metal stud with .25" Spacers that were then lined up with the Drill holes and mounted.

A sneak peek on our next post. This video shows how we use precise measurements utilizing laser technology to line up and level out where the the Aluminum letters will go perfectly in the middle of the portrait wall and looks good with the multi color paint job. We also measure distances using measuring tape and rulers for the sides and height from ceiling and the top of the portraits.

🎶I'm starting with the man in the mirror🎶

We were tasked with creating multiple life sized wall signs that remind employees to wear their PPE requirements. These would be human shaped mirrors at busy doorways. I love challenges like this because they are easy to make but could be difficult to put together with no issues. Very proud of how this came out.

Had a great time installing this Waste Hunting Program poster for Givaudan Fragrances in Towaco, NJ. Laminated vinyl on thin PVC drilled into the wall. It's a lightweight material that practically blends with the surface of the wall and can be easily written on with erasable marker thanks to the laminate we used.

We also helped them install an LED sign that looks like a neon sign replication. We did not design it but had the time after to help put it up. Came with standoffs and screws with plastic butterflies so that was an easy install too.

We were tasked with the extraordinary job of taking previous frosted acrylic signs that we've done a few years ago for the Christ the Redeemer RC Church in Manville, NJ and updating them with a new design. This required removing the original vinyl lettering we've done, cleaning the acrylic base as best we can since there was burn in from prolonged sun exposure, shaping and cutting the new design onto vinyl and reapplying it to the frosted acrylic as close as possible to the original job as before. Pretty much looks brand new and will look lovely in the church.

A customer came over to get new social media handle window graphics applied to their beautiful, lifted Ford F250 in white. The gold and white lettering looks really good on the pickup. Very clean.

Massive job at one of the warehouses. Installed large scale wall mounted vinyl graphics throughout the facilities alongside wide banners that needed to be drilled and mounted directly to the wall. As these are high up, we had to follow Givaudan safety protocols including wearing helmets, safety goggles and using lifts under supervision. Large scale coordination to make sure we have the installation zones cleared for us as some were under entrances and hallways that have lots of moving traffic.

Large scale jobs like this sometimes require hiring additional installers and we are happy with the results those professionals were able to execute. We have a good relationship with Givaudan and love to help provide the tools necessary for them to have a more beautiful workspace that manages to maintain a unique theme associated with their brand.

We love a good classic van turned funky!
