We're hiring a Patient Access Concierge (Remote, PT/MT time zone - Cerner EMR)!
This role is a great fit for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of patient access and is ready to work independently, take on more complex cases, and start mentoring newer team members.
What you'll do:
- Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and prior authorizations
- Resolve complex insurance and scheduling issues with minimal oversight
- Serve as a go-to resource for patients, providers, and teammates
- Help identify workflow improvements
What we're looking for:
- 1-4 years of Patient Access, Medical Scheduling, and Prior Authorization
- Required: Cerner EMR experience
- Strong customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
