🚨 Breaking News

This week, at ITC Vegas, during the AIP Breaking News press conference, DANAconnect presented a new AI-powered digital agent for insurance brokers.

Rather than acting as a chatbot inside a single conversation, this agent works as an assistant across the broker’s WhatsApp conversations: keeping track of interactions, identifying follow-ups, compiling pending actions, and helping the broker understand what needs attention next.

The idea is to bring together AI + WhatsApp + insurer integration, while keeping the broker involved and in control.
