TINY APARTMENT CHALLENGE!

I just got hired to transform a teeny, tiny studio in an older building into an attractive, comfy and practical fully-furnished apartment for extended stay.

I LOVE creating one-of-a-kind homes from scratch - soup to nuts - beyond the furnishings, I also fully outfit the bedding, closets, kitchen and bath so that the guest needs only bring their clothes!

My latest invention - I found I was really hating sitting at my desk to work on my iMac, I'd rather sit on my sofa or much comfier chairs around my loft space. So, decided to untether it!

I researched mobile desktops but they were huge monstrosities and cost a fortune. I wanted something smaller, efficient, attractive and affordable.

So, I turned to my Ikea catalog and pulled a "MacGyver" - I combined NINE Ikea products and created this lovely solution for around $250.

Yay IKEA USA and IKEA Elizabeth !
