At theCoderSchool Westerville, we want our young coders to do more than simply ask AI for answers.

We want them to understand code, think through problems, build their own projects, and learn how to use AI as another powerful tool to create. Its been a week since we offically wrapped up our AI Explorers Camp! Our campers had an awesome time exploring the world of AI, from learning how to write effective prompts and generate images to using AI as a coding assistant to help bring their ideas to life. We loved seeing their creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills in action!

What an awesome Robotics Game Night!

Our students had a blast exploring all kinds of robotics and technology! Throughout the evening, they programmed Dash robots, built and battled LEGO BattleBots, experimented with micro:bits and Raspberry P*s, and tackled fun coding challenges along the way.

It was incredible to watch everyone collaborate, problem-solve, and cheer each other on while discovering new ways to create with technology.

A huge thank you to all of the families who joined us—we can't wait to see you at the next event!

Our Robotics Camp was such a hit that we decided to do it again—this time as a Robotics Game Night!

If your child missed camp (or just wants another chance to build and code, we'd love to have them join us for a fun evening of hands-on robotics and games.

We'll have LEGO robot racing, robot wrestling, Scratch activities, Raspberry Pi projects, pizza, snacks, and plenty of friendly competition along the way.

This week’s Scratch Masters Camp has the Coder kids in full collaboration mode!

Students worked together to build and debug their Scratch projects, sharing ideas and improving each other’s work in real time. Even during break, they stayed locked in—guiding the Wonder Dash robot through a maze like it was just another puzzle to solve.

Fun drives focus—and focus keeps learning going. If you're looking for a place where kids actually enjoy learning while building real coding skills, come check out the center and see it in action.

What a game-changing week! We just wrapped up our first Game Development Camp on Friday.

With low coach-to-student ratios, we kept things small on purpose—so campers got plenty of 1:1 coaching time while still enjoying that fun, collaborative camp vibe. The result? Big ideas, fast progress, and even bigger smiles all week long.

From brainstorming games to coding challenges, our students truly brought their creativity to life. Huge shoutout to our coach and campers for kicking off summer coding in such a fun way!

And we’re just getting warmed up…

Our Coder Fair is coming up, and we’re really excited about this one !😊

On May 9th, our students will be showing off the projects they’ve been working on—everything from Scratch games to more advanced builds. It’s a great chance for them to share their work, build confidence, and celebrate how far they’ve come.

For our coder families, we’d love to have you there to support them—it means a lot to the kids. And if you’ve been curious about what we do, this is a perfect, low-pressure way to stop by, meet the team, and see the center in action.
