Unit Inspections! TenantTech has an amazing free feature under the Units section that allows you to do unit-by-unit inspections and record everything electronically. Amazing reports summarize your data and point you to exactly what needs fixing. If you have a tablet and wireless or cellular connection, you can walk around units and input inspection data as you go. Contact us for more information.

We're not a screening company, but we integrate with multiple third-party screeners so that you can send applicants to screening without leaving TenantTech or using paper. To find out if we have an interface with your screening company, go to Property Settings, Application/Screening, and click the list of screening companies. Those we interface with have an asterisk (*) after their name.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth or came to the Tech Panel at the Spectrum trade show in Portland yesterday! It's always fun to put names to faces and hear how much you all love us. :-) And for those who entered our drawing...The most common word in the names of properties in our system is "Court," and Shelly Hillman was our winner for the day after guessing that correctly and having her name drawn.

Have you tried our new Waiting List feature? Great for affordable housing, but handy for all. Works in tandem with Prospects, or separately. Put people on a waiting list for a specific floorplan, or any floorplan; the list is auto-ordered by date. Let us know if you'd like us to turn it on for you, it's free. (One of our clients already says, "That looks AWESOME!")

TenantTech's Resident References feature allows you to store detailed information about current and previous residents. It's most useful at move-out for keeping track of whether a resident paid on time, had any notices, etc. You can pull up the information at any time later, such as when a screening company calls, and it's ready for printing. You can even customize the exact questions asked.
