Just received a call from “AppleCare” at the office wanting to help us with our compromised iCloud account. It was an automated message asking us to press 1 or dial their, different, Toll Free Number. This is a total scam! Please don’t fall for it!!!
Apple will never contact you this way.

A customer called our Help Desk to report losing power and was concerned about losing business calls. In under two minutes we had forwarded his lines to his cell phone, verified the change and he was back in business.
