So this wonderful lady calls me, she has a 100 year old 7000 sq/ft home in old Pasadena, Water got between the home and the foundation and below in the now garage, was where you hooked up the carriage to the horses and just rusted up the Electric panel, the MPOE, which is where the lines from the telephone company are located, She had low voltage wires going here there and everywhere. A phone system in the laundry room which is a big no no as well as the house telephone cable infrastructure , Wire the was installed when the walls were apart, cable that’s not going to move. She wants all the water damage stuff fixed, the system relocated somewhere and doesn’t want to see any cable in the garage, laundry room. it’s a big ass garage, laundry room, In the garage there were 7/conduits coming thru the cement wall that went to various locations on the property , I had to make a custom j box / enclosure, and it was tight with all the other Edison equipment in place , I really should have taken more before, but take my word for it it was nasty , crusty , rat p*e infused rats nest,
