AASHTO compatibility for Alaska & Tennessee plus the new Federal WH-347 form (expires in 2024) updates are available.

Please update your software - you'll find AASHTO setup instructions where you download your software.

US DOL issues the 3rd temporary WH-347. The latest release has an expiration date of 7/31/21.

If you're a customer, please update your software to obtain the latest form.

From the Help menu --> Check for updates --> then click Download Current CPS Setup button

Good grief! How many employees are going to be able to fill out this proposed new & improved W-4? I saw the draft last year and wasn't sure I could fill it out!

I've had several complaints such as this from people who have downloaded the FREE information I've provided here. Here's an example: "The information I downloaded was from 2002 – not really useful in 2018". Please be advised - while there may be an old date (2002, 2003 or a reference to an older version of QuickBooks" it doesn't mean that the information is outdated - it just means that the procedures or instructions have not changed!

New WH-347 Available-Update your program -

After a lengthy delay and two temporary releases since the end of January - the U.S. Department of Labor has finally released a finalized WH-347 form.  The ONLY thing that has changed is the expiration date - it is now set to expire on 4/30/21.  Please update your software following these instruct...
