I’ve had the pleasure of working with Susan at MudPies LLC to reorganize and refresh her Squarespace website.

This project wasn’t about tearing everything down and starting over. It was about taking what was already there and making it easier for customers to find what they’re looking for and take the next step.

We reorganized a pretty extensive menu of baked goods, simplified the ordering process, refreshed the layout, and made it easier to highlight seasonal offerings, dietary options, and all the delicious things MudPies has to offer.

One of my favorite parts of this project was finding practical solutions that Susan can continue to manage herself after the project is over. A website shouldn’t just work for the customer. It should work for the business owner too.
