Anyone who repairs stuff knows this a big feat!!
The og xbox hdd has an hdd key, and its embedded into the original hdd.
Well the xbox that i have been working on came with none, meaning it literally would never work without special care!!
With the help of the good ole pi pico, i was able to read the eeprom on the board and get the hdd key.
Now we have life into this xbox!
I still have to softmod it and such, but seeing this boot screen is soooo refreshing 😃

Ordered $300 in extra parts just to have, and speaking of which.
Dont think cheap is better!
Other shops use low quality parts which will eventually fail.
The other guys use the yellow ones which arent even TMR 😆 while we use top tier ones. Dont get haggled by a cheapo, just come get it done right 💪
