As "Black Cat Appreciation Day" draws to an end, I want to take a moment to tell you a little something about our name. In 2013, we were blindsided by family tragedy, and every day was a fight to just do what needed to be done. Then, one day in my driveway, a little black cat jumped into my car. I petted him and then reluctantly put him out, because I needed to leave. But, as the song goes, the cat came back! Hungry, needing veterinary care, he seemed like too much to handle, but he gave us a battle we could fight and win. For the past eight years, he has repaid us over and over again, and more to the point, we know we really owe him for bringing us back to life again.

Cybersecurity is a bit like that little black cat: it feels like a lot of work, and you might be afraid some bad luck is coming your way. But a little investment has long-term rewards, both for you and the people you serve. If bad luck has already hit, expert cybersecurity can turn things around and make you stronger than ever.

We're excited to announce we just signed a lease for office space with the Port of Tillamook Bay. The cool ocean breezes are lovely, the cheese is fantastic and we're looking forward to serving a new community!

And did we mention we're right across the road from a WWII blimp hangar? Even driving to work is fun now.
