Text them your Google review link right then, while they're still happy. s4: Way three. New research on local search found businesses ranked in Google's top 3 got cited in AI answers 25.9% of the time. Everyone else got zero. For a law firm, CPA, or insurance office, that's the referral typing your name into an assistant and hearing nothing back. Reviews and blog posts don't move that needle. What does: schema markup that tells AI exactly who you are, service-area pages built into the code, and data kept consistent everywhere it's read. That's backend work, not a GBP tweak.
