We don’t present every Independent Director profile we receive. And there’s a reason.

Experience, industry expertise, committee knowledge, IICA qualification and governance exposure all matter.

But so do soft skills and boardroom behaviour.

A board isn’t simply appointing someone with 25 or 30 years of experience. It is bringing someone into a room where they must be able to:
