ICDAR 2013 is just around the corner! This year we have over 420 attendees on their way from 30 different countries!

Please join us for welcome reception on Sunday night from 7pm to 10pm.

Before the reception you will need to visit the registration desk to pick up your conference materials. The times the desk is open are included at the end of this message. Please carefully check your package when you register as some delegates have made last minute agenda and social event changes.

Inside the package you will find your reception ticket. You must have it at the door to exchange it for 2 drink tickets. There will be a cash bar available for additional drinks. Heavy horderves will be served and the reception area will include a pasta bar, cheese display and cupcake table.

Finally, if you plan on attending a workshop or tutorial and have not already registered, please do so as soon as possible, the rooms are filling up quickly.
