Meet this week's : Rasheedah Ajayi, Task Area 3 Lead and Lead Sr. Business Analyst at Akira Technologies. She received the Above and Beyond Award for outstanding contribution on the ORA contract at the recent Akira-FDA meeting.

She progressed to a Task Area Lead and became an outstanding Sample domain owner. She is customer-focused and has consistent willingness and dedication toward tasks. She is professional and patient with the contract delivery and does everything possible to complete the task to meet customer expectations. Her team recognizes her as being reliable. Way to go Rasheedah! Thank you for your commitment and dedication to Akira and our customers.

Meet this week's : Towanda Brown, Sr. Business Analyst + Technical Lead. She received the Rising Star Award for outstanding contribution on the ORA contract at the recent Akira-FDA meeting.

She has great passion and dedication to her work and is known to take ownership of her tasks, improve task delivery by implementing industry standards, and does everything in her power to ensure deadlines are not missed. She has also been recognized by her manager for averting major release risks by completing all BRDs for the upcoming release in the allotted time. She is someone with a great personality and is quick to build relationships with business owners for requirements management. Her teammates know they can count on her and appreciate her assistance. Thank you Towanda for all that you do!

Our Akira-FDA team recently kicked off the first quarterly meeting of the year. Organized by the Senior Program Manager of the FDA contract, Sunanda Joshi, our new and existing remote team members had the opportunity to connect in person, engage in team-building activities, update the team on the mission-critical projects they are working on, engage with the leadership, and celebrated milestones.
