📢📢📢 Perry Verizon customers, idk what’s going on but it’s definitely a problem. I’ve been in touch with a network engineer and sent some speed tests. If you have the time and can call *611 to put in a NRB ticket, that would be super helpful for them to dive deeper into the problem. Thanks in advance!

On this day in 2004 I started as the bookkeeper at X-Cel Wireless, Inc.. I had no idea where this journey would take me. For anyone that isn’t familiar, I own an indirect Verizon store in Warsaw, NY. What does that mean? We are a small business that sells Verizon phones, tablets, smart watches, internet and more. We try to provide a seamless experience through the process of getting a new device and any support that is needed there after. My team is fantastic and once you’ve been to our store, I’m sure you will tell your friends and family this is THE Verizon store to shop at. Don’t live in the area? We can ship to your door!

I have developed some very loyal customers that I truly feel are more like friends. I’ve made SO many friends on this journey. I am very grateful for that!

While I am not always seen by the public as one, I AM a small business owner. I may have a sign in the yard from a big corporation, but we do not share the same checkbook. The only time Big Red pays us is when you purchase a phone at my store. So I thank you for your business all of these years and your continued support. 🫶🏻
