When we think of the word "team," we tend to think of a group motivated to achieve a common goal. A team is comprised of individuals with different thoughts, feelings, and ways of filtering the world around them. A team is comprised of individuals with different abilities, and all of these team members have strengths that may be underutilized, or worse, undiscovered. How can we, as teachers, coaches, and team leaders help to unlock these hidden talents, develop and cultivate them, and improve our organizations? This seminar explores the importance of discovering and developing these inherent talents.
