Ground Floor Employment Opportunities!
Join our team, we are expanding our service and support workforce in Fauquier/Spotsylvania and potentially other surrounding areas! We are currently seeking individuals to start work immediately!
Installers and Service Technicians: We will provide on-the-job training to those who have a burning desire to learn and grow into this great opportunity. You will visit Customer homes and businesses to install the equipment that delivers our broadband service. Must be Customer focused, friendly, helpful, and have the ability to respond clearly to questions from Customers and community contacts. You will need to have some experience using hand and power tools, and be able to work at roof heights and on ladders. Any experience in cabling, carpentry, or installing telecommunication equipment is a huge plus.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Plans network installations by studying customer orders, plans, manuals, and technical specifications; ordering and gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools, assessing installation site; preparing an installation diagram.
• Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
• Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures; updating documentation.
• Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.
• Maintains safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations.
• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Compensation is negotiable depending on your experience and career aspirations. We do not currently offer medical benefits, but it is in the works for the very near future. Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug and background check.
