The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry has launched an initiative specifically focused on home care agencies, and unlike a typical wage investigation, the state isn't necessarily waiting for an employee complaint.

Pennsylvania says roughly 40% of complaints under the PA Minimum Wage Act come from home care workers.

For home care employers, now is a good time to review:

→ Travel time between clients
→ Hours worked across multiple clients
