The Role: HelpDesk Concierge Services Expert
As our HelpDesk Concierge Services expert, you will be the go-to person for providing exceptional support to our valued users. Your responsibilities will include hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting for walk-in users, delivering expert guidance on technical questions and processes, and even making minor repairs to computers, mobile devices, and other essential business tools. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to showcase standard new business tools and applications, ensuring our users are up to date with the latest technological advancements.
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting for walk-in users, becoming their technology superhero!
Deliver expert guidance on technical questions and processes, leaving our users in awe of your knowledge.
Channel your inner tech guru by making minor repairs to computers, mobile devices, and other essential tools.
Be the lifesaver of productivity by providing loaner equipment, including laptops, keyboards, mice, and chargers.
Showcase standard new business tools and applications, igniting the excitement of our users.
Accept technical equipment for repair, ensuring a seamless process for our tech-driven organization.
Take charge of all aspects of new user onboarding, including computer hardware setups, imaging new computers, and setting up new user profiles. You'll be the ambassador of a seamless onboarding experience!
What You Bring:
A passion for customer service that shines through in your friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
The self-motivation to excel independently, combined with a healthy sense of urgency.
Adaptability and a quick-learning mindset in the face of evolving technologies.
Business-level knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Apple (Pages, KeyNote, Numbers), and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) applications.
Expertise in working with ticketing systems, making you a maestro of efficient task management.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience providing desktop support and/or concierge services, showcasing your expertise in solving tech challenges.
Moderate knowledge of ticketing systems, ensuring smooth handling of user requests.
Broad technical knowledge across multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications, making you a versatile troubleshooter.
A self-motivated and independent work style, coupled with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills that make you approachable, friendly, patient, and laser-focused on customer service.
