Columbia iConnect is now offering online payment through SmartHub!

SmartHub is a safe, secure and powerful online account management tool that will allow you to communicate with us 24/7 and pay your bill online.
With SmartHub, you no longer need to be logged into our network to view your account. SmartHub gives you full control of your internet service and account information right at your fingertips, anywhere, anytime.

TO GET STARTED
You will need your new account number for registration (You should have received your new account number via email).
• To register on your desktop: go to www.columbiainet.com
• To register on a mobile device: Download the SmartHub app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Once you have successfully registered with SmartHub, please check your email to verify your account and set your password.
Please note: Existing Columbia iConnect customers who have been enrolled in Auto Pay will need to register for SmartHub and re-enroll in the Auto Pay program.
If you are a Columbia REA utility customer and use SmartHub already, please use the email address associated with your Columbia REA account with your new Columbia iConnect account number.

We want to say Thank you to all who have reached out to us to get switched over to the fiber. We know it’s been a long time coming and yes, it’s can be difficult to get a hold of us but we are working really hard to get back to everyone. We also made a big change to our system. We now offer smarthub for your account. We did send out an email to all customers to let you know about it and how re-sign up for autopay. If you have not seen it, you can reach out to us and we will be more than happy to help get you registered. Again, thank you for your support and patience.
