Many don't like change, in order to stay safe sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone. Training and testing employees on how to stay safe by creating better online habits are the key. There is no room for compromise when it comes to business on-line safety. Training and testing two times a year has become a necessary evil for employees and has been proven not to work as expected. By developing a quarterly training program that continuously works behind the scenes, monitoring and remediating will ingrain a more vigilant philosophy that the bad actors never take a break, and each employee is the greatest asset a business has and not a liability.
