In the name of transparency... With AT&T's inability to provide reliable fiber service for our customers, we've been trying to get a backup fiber line for quite some time now.
Unfortunately, although years ago we paid a hefty construction fee to Lumen to provide us service, they now claim they don't have equipment on-site, and cannot provide service to our building. We have had to go to the extent of taking pictures of their equipment in the basement to prove they do in fact have networking gear, and customers connected to their equipment.
I feel it's important to share just how unorganized, and unprofessional these large organizations are, and how unwilling they are to be accommodating to the small guys (like us) trying to purchase dedicated bandwidth from them to keep our valuable customers online when AT&T decides to frequently take 12+ hours to repair their system.
Believe me when I say, we're doing the absolute best we can, and are jumping through as many hoops as we can to get another provider in place.
All of you mean enough to us to fight to get this resolved and in place, so we can once again offer reliable service. Thanks for listening, and sticking by our side these past few grueling years.
