🔐 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲

Microsoft has announced that its built-in SMS and voice authentication services will be retired on February 1, 2027. Organizations currently using these methods for multi-factor authentication (MFA) will need to transition to more secure options such as Microsoft Authenticator or passkeys.
While the deadline is still ahead, proactive planning today can help avoid user disruption tomorrow.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there, especially the ones who know how to fix the Wi-Fi, restart the router, and still insist, “Back in my day, we didn’t need passwords for everything.”
