Dear Valued Cricket Customers!
It has been brought to management attention that service is selectively intermittent in selected areas of DuPage county, more specifically in Addison.
Management has contacted technicians of cellular towers in the Addison and Villa Park areas of DuPage County, Illinois.
Do not worry!
Cricket/AT&T technicians are extremely skilled in repair of these issues.
After management verified there was an issue of the service being intermittent, we immediately contacted the service of repair of cellular towers.
The technicians are working on this issue as we speak.
Cricket was notified about this issue, based on the internal communications between customers, employees, and executive directors.
As a mobile phone technician for 20 years, I would advise anyone to realize, technology is not perfect, nothing at all in the world is.
These things happen sometimes, and it is usually out of our threshold of control.
Please be patient if your phone stops working in the aforementioned area.
AT&T technical (IT) experts have identified a "degredation" of a local cellular signal tower in the vicinity
We expect the issue to be completely resolved by 2pm tomorrow.
Thank you for your patience.

As a personal note. My grandmother lived in India when I started speaking to her over the phone in the 1980s. My family always used AT&T to communicate with my loved ones who lived overseas. Regardless, although cell phones are great, I would hope and pray you understand that it is always, always, always to own a landline phone, and to never have just a cell phone.
I was born in the mid 1980s and I was the first of my friends and many many people to own a cell phone my brother created, as he is an incredibly talented engineer.
I became part of the AT&T family in 2005 when I was rectuited out of University to lead the team of the future "Team AT&T iPhone 2005."
Having said, over the past I have come to understand that everyone should own a landline phone.
Cellular technology and landline technology are both not perfect essentially. However, I feel more comfortable not relying on developing technology entirely.
