We're Hiring – Front Desk / Client Intake
DEWW I.T. Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, friendly professional to be the first point of contact at our Edna office. This is a non-technical role that focuses on creating service tickets, supporting office operations, and helping care for our office cats.

If you're organized, calm under pressure, and enjoy a clean, people-first work environment — this might be the role for you!

🐾 A Rescue Mission with a Happy Ending 🐾

This week, the DEWW Crew put down the keyboards and picked up a different kind of support ticket.

While out and about, we discovered two tiny kittens in desperate need of help. One little orange kitten was found hiding in a vehicle engine compartment, scared, dirty, underweight, and struggling with a serious eye infection. A second kitten was also rescued and brought to safety.

Over the next few days, our team stepped up with baths, food, medication, warm blankets, and plenty of love. What started as two frightened, sick kittens quickly turned into two playful little survivors.

It’s amazing what a little kindness, teamwork, and determination can accomplish. Whether we’re helping clients solve technology problems or helping animals in need, taking care of others is part of who we are.

A special thank you to everyone who helped with the rescue, transportation, feeding, cleaning, vet care, and fostering. These two kittens have come a long way in just a few days, and they’re proof that sometimes the smallest lives can make the biggest impact.

For three years, Rust has expertly supervised meetings, judged everyone from the front desk, demanded snacks with impeccable timing, and provided top-tier morale support (when she feels like it). 😼

Whether she’s napping on the job, “helping” with keyboards, or greeting visitors like she owns the place — Rust keeps the office running smoothly.
