Big milestone alert!

Huge congratulations to our teammate, Rachel Mims, on her very first placement at ITAC Solutions!

Rachel recently placed a Project Accountant with a specialty contractor and here’s the part that makes the story even better…this placement came from the VERY FIRST candidate she ever screened.

Talk about starting strong.

Recruiting is about more than resumes and interviews. It’s about building trust, recognizing potential, and creating the right connection at the right time.
