After a rainy morning to kick off the races, seemed all the racers barely noticed the rain and cool temps and everyone had a great time. It was nice seeing some runners out there in their g-ear audio headbands!

On the fence between running with music or without? Here's yet another study finding running is easier with music.

"Cloos says that music has the following three effects on runners: First, music boosts endurance, although only in the mid-range of strenuous activity and not during all-out exertion. Second, listening to music causes runners to underestimate their level of exertion. And third, runners feel better thanks to music."
