Modern Regionals in New York last weekend. Of the 5 TRU team members, myself and Collin Delphia finished 82nd and 86th in a field of 244. I unfortunately had a last round beating to knock me down from a potential top 32-16 spot... thanks Koth. lol.

Playmat giveaway contest!

Starting this month for each VGC/TRU Magic the gathering event you go to and participate in we will add your name to the drawing for a custom made Playmat. Typically these are used to preserve the quality of your cards but they also double as great mouse pads!!

To be entered in the contest all you have to do is attend one of our events that we hold every Tuesday night in Winooski. At the end of the month we will draw a random name from our pool of players that have attended.

Results from the Tru Gaming EDH tournament yesterday:
1st place: Nathan Bingham went 3/0 running Animar, Soul of Elements.
2nd place: Jamie Combs went 2/1 running Merieke Re Berit losing to Nathan Bingham in the final round.
3rd place: Shane Brunell went 2/1 running Rafiq of the Many losing to Jamie Combs in the second round.
4th place: Cody Brennan went 2/1 running Obzedat, Ghost Council losing to Nathan Bingham in the first round.
