As a global remote company, we miss hanging out together in person. To make up for that, we step away from our screens for a week each year, pick a destination, and bring the whole team together.
37 âTheoristsâ from 11 different countries traveled over 400 hours to meet in one place. A week dedicated to connection and culture-building. We took turns presenting our work and sharing our expertise - always incredibly inspiring.
Having the context of Porto surrounding us was a real treat. Wandering the harborside port houses and eating pastéis de nata, the city was the perfect environment for us to reconnect and introduce new faces.
