Weekly Schedule drop!

THIS WEEK AT THE BATCAVE 🦇

We’ve got another week packed with Reality Fracture, Magic, Beyblades, drafts, and all the usual nerdy fun!

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY…

🎂 HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY, JUSTIN F!!! 🎂

Justin is an absolute sweetheart and a true BatCave gem, and we’re so incredibly happy that he’s continuing to hang out with us and be part of our community. ❤️

We’ve loved watching him grow up with us, and getting to celebrate this big milestone together makes it extra special.

Come hang out, play some games, and help us wish Justin the happiest 18th birthday! 🦇❤️

🚨 JACE BROKE THE MULTIVERSE. 🚨

So naturally, we’re having a party about it.

After years of watching the Multiverse get absolutely wrecked, Jace Beleren decided he had a better idea: “Fine. I’ll just make a new one.”

And he did, The Echoverse.

A shiny new reality where history went differently, familiar heroes became unfamiliar versions of themselves, and everything was supposed to be PERFECT.

Except there’s a tiny problem.

JACE’S SOLUTION IS EVERYONE ELSE’S PROBLEM.

Now the Echoverse is bleeding into the Multiverse, reality is cracking, and apparently BatCave Games is one of the pieces that got caught in the fracture.

So uh…

COME GET YOUR CARDS BEFORE WE GET ERASED. 🌀

⚡ REALITY FRACTURE PRERELEASE ⚡

Build your deck from the wreckage.
Fight your way through the Echoverse.
Meet the weird alternate versions of characters you thought you knew.
And maybe help save reality.

Or don’t.

We’re a game store, not a multiversal crisis management team.

Another Beyblade tournament is in the books, and we’ve got some seriously awesome bladers to celebrate!

🥇 1st Chocolatepager
• Shark Scale 9-69 FB
• Wizard Rod 1-60 H
• Aero Pegasus 1-50 R

🥈 2nd AsuraRage
• Tyranno Beat 1-60 K
• Shark Scale 6-70 H
• Hover Wyvern 7-60 L

🥉 3rd Hoang11
• Shark Scale 3-60 L
• Wizard Rod 1-60 H
• Glory Valkyrie K

And because apparently winning a Beyblade tournament comes with a side quest now, Chocolatepager went home with a RICE COOKER. 🍚😂

Huge congratulations to all of our top finishers! And honestly, a huge thank you to EVERYONE who came out to play. We love seeing this community grow, watching new bladers jump into the stadium, and seeing everyone cheer each other on and share the excitement of the battles.

Whether you took home a trophy, a prize, or just had a really good time launching Beyblades with friends, you’re what makes these tournaments so much fun. ❤️

Congrats, bladers! Keep spinning, keep battling, and apparently... keep cooking. 🌀🍚

🚨 THE NERD CALENDAR HAS DROPPED 🚨

Another week. Another schedule. Another opportunity to spend an irresponsible amount of time at BatCave instead of doing whatever it was you were supposed to be doing. 😌

Magic: Commander, cEDH, Pauper, Standard Showdown, Modern + Magic Academy with Jaden!

🌌 Star Wars Unlimited: Monday
⚔️ Adventurer’s League: Thursday
🌀 Beyblade Tournament: Saturday at 1 PM
🐒 Monkey’s Paw Draft: Saturday at 6 PM
🎉 Commander Party: Sunday

Come play some games, roll some dice, spin some Beyblades, and make questionable financial decisions about cardboard.

See you at The Cave! 🦇

🏆 BEYBLADE TOURNAMENT WINNERS! 🏆

The Blades were spinning, the stadium was taking emotional damage, and we’ve got our winners!

🥇 1ST PLACE — Uppercase
🌀 Shark Scale 1-70 LR
🌀 Wizard Rod 1-60 H
🌀 Silver Wolf 9-60 FB

🥈 2ND PLACE — Albedo
🌀 Hells Nether P
🌀 Ring Aether 5-60 FB
🌀 Dran Strike 9-70 HT

Huge congratulations to both of our top finishers!

And as always, thank you to everyone who came out, battled hard, and made another Beyblade tournament an absolute blast. Y’all continue to prove that screaming “3, 2, 1, LET IT RIP” is a perfectly reasonable way to spend a Saturday!

See you at the next tournament! 🌀

Tim Haller would have turned 70 this year.

Ten years ago, just after his 60th birthday, we lost him.

It’s hard to put into words what Tim meant to BatCave Games. He wasn't just someone who came into the store. He was part of what made this place what it is.

Tim was there for us in ways we haven't forgotten. He was instrumental in helping us move into our current location and build it out, and he gave so much of himself to this community.

And somewhere along the way, he became “Grandpa BatCave.”

Not because anyone decided to give him a title, but because that's just what he became to so many people. He was one of those people whose presence became part of the fabric of the store. Someone you expected to see. Someone whose absence you felt.

So we're going to take an evening to remember him.

We'll spend the first hour together with beverages, popcorn, stories, and memories of Tim. The funny ones, the ridiculous ones, the ones that make us miss him, and probably a few that make us laugh until we hurt.

Then we'll watch one of Tim's favorite movies.
This event is completely FREE.

Because you shouldn't have to pay to come remember someone who gave so much to the people around him.

We'll have an opportunity to make optional donations, which will go toward helping cover the travel expenses of Tim's family, who are coming to celebrate his life with us.

If you knew Tim, come tell us a story.

If you didn't, come hear about the person so many of us were lucky enough to know.

We miss you, Grandpa BatCave.

Ten years later, you're still part of this place. ❤️

THE BLADES ARE BACK. AGAIN.

Bring your best Beys, your strongest combos, and your willingness to watch tiny spinning tops determine your fate.

And because we apparently have other hobbies too:

✨ Magic Academy with Jaden
🎲 Commander
⭐ Star Wars Unlimited
🐀 Pauper
🐉 Adventurer’s League
⚔️ Standard Showdown
🔥 Modern
🎁 Monkey’s Paw Draft

But let's be real...

SATURDAY IS FOR SPINNING. 🌀

Come launch some plastic. Make questionable strategic decisions. Become a Beyblade legend.
