Three rows of reclining seating. Every row has its own lighting scene keyed to the movie. A drop down TV in the Master Bedroom. — bright for trailers, pitch black for the feature, warm amber for the end-credit crawl.

2024 Control4 & Lutron HomeWorks across a Hidden Hills estate — 340 dimmable loads, 18 rooms, one app.

One 'Goodnight' button turns off every light in the main house, arms the alarm, closes the drapes in the primary suite, and leaves a low pathway glow from bedroom to bathroom. The same scene does the inverse at sunrise, cued to the actual sun position, not a fixed clock.

It's the kind of engineering that takes a week to program and a lifetime to appreciate.
