We apologize for any service issues today and the past couple of days, as we understand the inconvenience it causes our customers. The fiber cut late last week took place in the Kansas City area and Lumen Communications tells us that crews are on site and they’ve determined that new fiber will have to be run to the site of the cut. As we get more specifics, we will pass them along. Thank you for your patience.

Update to our customers: We are still experiencing technical issues from last weeks lightning strike at the tower on Skyline. Wi-Fi will not be back up today unfortunately to our customers experiencing this outage. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our technicians are working to resolve the issue. We are currently experiencing a statewide outage. Crews are on site and working to resolve this issue. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated time of restoration. We are receiving updates every hour.
