Ransomware, AI, and OneDrive walk into a conference room.

No punchline. Just a really good training day with the team at Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission (NIRPC).

Our very own Mark Schilling and Troy White covered three things in one day:

1. SharePoint and OneDrive, so files stop living in six places at once
2. An intro to AI, including the tools people are already using whether or not anyone approved them
3. A cyber incident tabletop, where we asked the uncomfortable question: what do you actually do in the first five minutes?

The best part was the questions. This group came ready to dig in, push back, and think out loud, which is exactly how this stuff sticks.
