Four students from our Help Desk class will be attending the MASSCUE Dare to Innovate extravaganza at Gillette stadium on Thursday October 22. They will showcase how we are using 1:1 technology in classrooms at Nipmuc. We are very excited to have the opportunity to share what our district is doing with others.

What does STAT stand for?

Student Technology Assistance Team

What do we do?

Service: We provide excellent customer service by being polite, asking appropriate questions and providing an efficient solution to problems.

Technical Support: Provide technical support for all students and teachers.

Availability: Be available for a variety of tasks that may go beyond fixing a tech problem. We are also available to collaborate on projects with teachers, staff, other school districts and people in our community.

Teamwork: Communicate. Collaborate. Innovate. Working together within our help desk team to solve problems, complete projects and provide assistance.
