👋 Meet Christine! Christine joined ELA + Synergy’s Northern New Jersey team in September as a contractor sales lead, bringing decades of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge with her.
With nearly 20 years spent at Lutron Electronics, Christine built an incredibly well-rounded career across commercial projects, leadership, and global training. She started as an estimator and quickly advanced into roles leading teams, managing major hospitality projects (including work in Las Vegas), and helping shape internal processes still used today.
Christine also played a key role in developing Lutron’s pre-construction and rep-managed programs, traveling regionally and internationally to lead, train, and support various teams. She later became one of the first Regional Managers overseeing both Project Management and Field Service, before moving into a Global Account Manager role supporting strategic accounts.
After time in Dallas on the rep side helping grow Lutron’s business through training and project support, she returned to the Northeast, where she continues to bring her deep technical expertise to contractors and customers across the region as a member of ELA + Synergy’s team in Northern New Jersey.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys hiking, reading (usually more than one book at a time), traveling, and spending time with her family.
