Our studios and galleries will be open to the public for Second Saturdays beginning June 12, 2021, 11:00am – 4:00pm. Patrons wishing to visit during other dates & times must make an appointment with individual artists by visiting their website prior to your visit. Jeffrey Haddorff's recent work: sometimes botanical, sometimes anatomical, sometimes architectural, always interested in the physicality of working with clay,the dialog between maker and material, color, surface, scale, the work being arecord of the action in the studio. https://jeffreyhaddorff.com/home.html

Janet Lobberecht's recent paintings and multimedia work are evidence of prior and recent creations coalescing, introducing a continual wave of discovery that oscillates between the past, present, and future. As we fuse in and out of many forms and spaces, her work invites us to question what "human" will mean in the future. .and.deviations

I stopped in yesterday where I have my painting, The Peaks, on view. Had a lovely chat with gallery associate, Smitha, who is incredible at what she does.

This work happened after a trip to the , north of London. Amidst the sloping, wavy glacier cut natural landscape were beautiful geometric forms carved out by farmers. I wanted to enshrine those cut shapes within all that wildness.

The Spring/Summer Group Show is up through August.

Opening reception June 6, 2-4 pm. "Expressions of Nature: Abstract Landscapes and Colorscapes" pairs me with fellow artist Leititia Little at the Robbin Gallery in Robbinsdale (4915 42nd Av North). Acrylics and mixed media. Our reception includes solo jazz and Brazilian guitar from Joan Griffith. Gallery hours 1-5 pm Fridays and Saturdays; 1-4 pm Sundays. Through June 28.
