Tech Pro partners with retirement communities to provide friendly, on-site tech help for residents — everything from phones and computers to Wi-Fi and TVs. Residents get patient, one-on-one support that helps them stay connected and confident with their technology. It also takes pressure off community staff, so employees can stay focused on their own work instead of troubleshooting tech issues.

We are grateful to work with communities like Meadow Lake Senior Living that care so much about their residents and trust Tech Pro to support them every day.

If your Verizon service was disrupted during yesterday’s nationwide outage, you may be eligible for a credit on your account. Verizon is offering affected customers a $20 account credit as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused by the service interruption. 

How to get your credit:
1. Open the myVerizon app on your phone.
2. Look for the credit offer and accept it in the app.

I’m happy to announce that Tech Pro has partnered with Meadow Lake Senior Living to provide technology support for their residents.

This partnership allows Meadow Lake residents to get one-on-one, in-person help with everyday tech needs without having to leave their community.

It’s been great working with their team, and I’m thankful for the opportunity to serve more seniors right here in East Texas.
