Here's how it works: Users - like salespeople - use an iPad/Tablet device to capture the audio of conversations during normal note-taking. Data is immediately uploaded to a central "library" where it is automatically converted to text and indexed for immediate recall of critical information. The technology uses Speech Analytics, and also integrates with CRM, allowing users to use their voice for easy data input.
